I had never had coaching before and was not really sure what to expect. Sean made me feel very much at ease right from the outset, and the coaching pathway was clearly explained so I understood what was going to be involved in the coming weeks.
I came to see Sean as I was feeling directionless and was lacking motivation in more than one area of my life. The coaching has enabled me to clarify my interests, values, and skills, plus it has helped me develop and solidify what my goals are across all areas of my life, and how I am going to work towards achieving them.
I looked forward to catching up with Sean in our regular zoom calls as he was always genuinely interested in me and my wellbeing. He created a safe space and I was able to share more than I thought I would, knowing that it was all listened to without any judgment. We also could have a good laugh together which for me is really important.
In my life right now, I am clear about the direction in which I am heading, and I feel confident in achieving my goals – I could not have got to this point without Sean. He is warm, caring, and willing to give so much of himself for the benefit of others.
